- All products displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes. We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but actual product colors and designs may vary slightly.
- Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees).
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payment methods include credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, and any other options available on our website.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases where products are unavailable or errors in pricing or product descriptions occur.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of ChocoBake.
- Delivery dates provided are estimates; actual delivery may vary.
- The estimated delivery takes 4-5 days.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we strive to maintain excellent customer relationships and will work with you to resolve any issues if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
- Product Issues on Delivery:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We kindly request that you record a complete, unedited package opening video, showing all four corners of the parcel clearly. This video helps us raise claims or resolve any conflicts for missing, wrong, or damaged items delivered.
- Incomplete, paused, or edited videos will not be accepted as evidence, and we may not be able to provide assistance without proper proof.
- Refunds and Replacements:
- Refunds or replacement requests are evaluated at ChocoBake’s discretion and are subject to assessment after reviewing the submitted unboxing video.
- If we confirm an issue on our part, we will initiate the required action, which may include a refund or replacement, within 48 hours of receiving your video request.
- Please note: Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances.
- Verification Timeline:
- To ensure timely support, you are advised to check your products immediately upon receipt. Any issues should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Issues reported after this timeframe will not be addressed.

- Given the nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not provided except in cases where sufficient proof of damage or incorrect product has been provided, as outlined above.
